No not the balls, just poké; A sushi bowl if you will. I made this after watching Action Bronson make his tuna and golden-beet poké on Munchies. It looked so simple, but packed with hella flavor (also I had like a majority of the ingredients lying around already lol). Most of the other ingredients I bought from Marukai, which is like Mitsuwa’s older,Ivy-League sibling. It’s the only place to get fresh and authentic Japanese ingredients like Togarashi powder or Fukujinzuke to name a few.

Recipe:
White Rice
Fresh Sashimi Grade Tuna and Salmon
Yellow Onion
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds
Sugar
Scallions
Togarashi Powder - a Japanese spice mix

Overall 10/10:
Yo this dish was so good wtf. I literally started laughing when I ate it. It was so easy to make (just mix all the ingredients together) and tasted exactly like what I’ve had in some poké restaurants. I’d definitely make this again in the summer for a picnic or something. It is a bit pricey, especially the fish, but made once in a while, this dish definitely hits a spot.
